Parameters
- xmlwriter
Only for procedural calls. The XMLWriter resource that is being modified. This resource comes from a call to xmlwriter_open_uri() or xmlwriter_open_memory().
- prefix
The namespace prefix.
- name
The element name.
- uri
The namespace URI.
