array cybercash_encr ( string wmk, string sk, string inbuff )
Parameters
- wmk
The merchant key.
- sk
The session key.
- inbuff
URL encoded string of value pairs, i.e.
order-id=12345&amount=USD+12.34&card_number=......
Return Values
The function returns an associative array with the elements
"errcode" and, if "errcode" is FALSE, "outbuff" (string),
"outLth" (long) and "macbuff" (string).
