Notes:
PRIVILEGE_TYPE can contain one (and only one) of these values: SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, REFERENCES, ALTER, INDEX, DROP, CREATE VIEW.
The following statements are not equivalent:
SELECT ... FROM INFORMATION_SCHEMA.TABLE_PRIVILEGES SHOW GRANTS ...
