(Default) Specifies that the field names are displayed. If TYPE is issued to display the contents of a file, Visual FoxPro inserts a form feed, the path and name of the file, and the date at the beginning of the displayed output.

OFF

Specifies that the field names are not displayed. If TYPE is issued to display the contents of a file, Visual FoxPro does not insert additional information about the file at the beginning of the displayed output.

SET HEADINGS specifies whether a field name appears as a column heading above each field in the output of AVERAGE, CALCULATE, DISPLAY, LIST, and SUM.
