The grid column does not support objects such as forms, form sets, toolbars, and columns.

• You used the AddObject method on the grid column.
  
  Use AddObject only for objects that are reasonably represented in a column. If you would like the appearance of a form in the column, save the contents of the form to a container class and add it to the column.
