lValue

Enables default data type mapping from for ODBC, ADO, and XML data source types. The following table describes the values for lValue.

lValue	Description
True (.T.)	For CursorAdapter objects, the following data type mapping occurs by default: ODBC SQL_LONGVARBINARY type maps to Blob type. ODBC SQL_BINARY and SQL_VARBINARY ODBC types map to Varbinary type when the precision of the corresponding column in the data source is equal to or less than 254 bytes. Otherwise, if precision is greater than 254 bytes, these types are mapped to the Blob type. For ADO types, adVarBinary and adBinary map to Varbinary type when the precision of the corresponding column in the data source is equal to or less than 254 bytes. Otherwise, if precision is greater than 254 bytes, these types are mapped to the Blob type. For XMLAdapter objects, the LoadXML method maps all binary types to Varbinary type if their size is less than or equal to 254 bytes. Otherwise, if their size is greater than 254 bytes, binary types map to Blob type. When XMLFieldВ DataType property is set to Varbinary or Blob, XMLFieldВ IsBinary is set to True (.T.), and XMLFieldВ DisableEncode is set to False (.F.) automatically. Note: You cannot change the IsBinary and DisableEncode properties while XMLFieldВ DataType is set to Varbinary.
False (.F.) (Default)	For CursorAdapter objects, prevents default mapping from remote types to Visual FoxPro Varbinary and Blob types. For more information, see Data Type Conversion Control.
