Key Features:
AEV connects directly to their SMTP server and checks it for you. Nothing is sent to the recipient. It can work in your system tray and verifies every e-mail address from a specified mailing list, allowing you to determine up to 80% of "dead" mail addresses.
AEV supports import from Windows Address Book (.WAB) as well as through ODBC SQL allowing you to get e-mail addresses from external sources.
When you've completed the verification using a licensed copy, you can export good email addresses to Paradox, DBase, Excel, Text (.CSV), HTML, Word, Lotus 1-2-3, QuattroPro or MS Access database files. This will be the list you use for your newsletter.
AEV helps to decrease Internet traffic, because you can clean your mailing list beforehand, keeping you from sending undeliverable messages that causes a ping-pong of useless messages between SMTP servers. In addition to saving your Internet resources, AEV helps you to save money.
Import email lists from .CSV and .TXT files and Import e-mail addresses from Windows Address Book (.WAB) or from external sources through ODBC SQL.
Ability to work with large mailing list. Although the program can work with huge email lists, it is not recommended to import more than 100 000 emails to the database because it will take much time for importing. The optimum is approximately 50 000 emails in the database.
Export email addresses to Paradox, DBase, Excel, Text (.CSV), HTML, Word, SYLK, Lotus 1-2-3, QuattroPro, SQL script, XML, MS Access database files and Synchronization with Windows Address Book (only the registered version).
